Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows you to have documents notarized securely through a live audio-video session. You can complete the process from your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Choose Mobile Notary if:
You prefer an in-person appointment.
Your document requires an ink signature.
You're in a hospital, care facility, or other location where an in-person visit is more practical.
Choose Remote Online Notary (RON) if:
You want the convenience of meeting online.
You need your document notarized quickly.

No. Please wait until the notary instructs you to sign. Your signature must be witnessed during the notarization.
Yes. Mobile notary services are available at homes, businesses, hospitals, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and other mutually agreed-upon locations.
We provide mobile notary services throughout Jacksonville and the surrounding area. Remote Online Notarization is available for eligible signers regardless of location, subject to applicable laws and document acceptance requirements.

Most appointments take 15–30 minutes for General Notarization, depending on the number of documents and signers. Loan signing appointments take 45–90 minutes, depending on the type of loan package and the number of documents. Please allow additional time if there are multiple borrowers or if witnesses are required.
Yes, as long as the required notarial certificate is in English and I can communicate directly with the signer in English. I cannot translate documents or provide legal advice.
No. As a notary public, I cannot prepare legal documents, choose forms, or provide legal advice. If you need legal guidance, please consult a licensed attorney.
Witnesses may be available by prior arrangement for an additional fee. Please ask when scheduling your appointment if your document requires witnesses.
Yes. Every person whose signature is being notarized must personally appear before the notary, either in person for mobile appointments or during the live online session for RON.
